Issue of US$500 million notes by PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“PSA Treasury”) on the issue of US$500 million 2.125 per cent. notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) under its US$3.5 billion global medium term note programme (the “Programme”).
PSA International Pte Ltd (“PSA International”) is the guarantor for the Notes.
