Issue of US$500 million notes by Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch

Allen & Gledhill advised Agricultural Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch (“ABC”) on the issue of US$500 million floating rate notes due 2022 under its US$15 billion medium term note programme.

Advising ABC as to Singapore law was Allen & Gledhill Partner Glenn Foo.
