Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), acting through its Australia Branch, on the issue of A$700 million floating rate notes due 2022 under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
Advising DBS as to Singapore law was Allen & Gledhill Partner Glenn Foo.
