Issue of S$350 million subordinated perpetual securities by ARA Asset Management Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited (“Credit Suisse”), DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the issue of S$350 million 5.60 per cent. subordinated perpetual securities by ARA Asset Management Limited under its S$1.5 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
Credit Suisse, DBS, OCBC and UOB were appointed joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the issue.
