Issue of S$300 million subordinated perpetual securities by Singapore Press Holdings Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) on the issue of S$300 million 4.00 per cent. subordinated perpetual securities (“Issue”) under the S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme by Singapore Press Holdings Limited (“SPH”).
DBS and OCBC were appointed joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Issue.
