Issue of €1 billion guaranteed notes by Temasek Financial (I) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“Temasek Financial (I)”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek Holdings”) on the issue of €500 million 0.50 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2031 and €500 million 1.25 per cent. guaranteed notes due 2049 (the “Notes”) under their US$20 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek Holdings.
Advising Temasek Financial (I) and Temasek Holdings as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico and Wu Zhaoqi.
