Issue of S$500 million fixed rate subordinated perpetual notes by CapitaLand Treasury Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised CapitaLand Treasury Limited (“CapitaLand Treasury”) and CapitaLand Limited (“CapitaLand”) on the issue of S$500 million fixed rate subordinated perpetual notes (the “Notes”) under their S$5 billion Euro medium term note programme.
CapitaLand is the guarantor for the Notes.
