US$278 million acquisition of 701Search Pte. Ltd. by Carousell Pte. Ltd. and investment in Carousell Pte. Ltd. by Telenor Group
Allen & Gledhill advised Carousell Pte. Ltd. (“Carousell”), as transaction counsel, on its US$278 million acquisition of 701Search Pte. Ltd. from Telenor Group, and the US$20 million investment by Telenor Group (“Investment”) in Carousell.
With the Investment, Carousell is now valued at US$850 million.
