S$80 million sale of business of Food Junction Management Pte Ltd in Singapore and Malaysia to BreadTalk Group Limited by Auric Pacific Group Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Auric Pacific Group Limited (“APG”) on the S$80 million sale of its Food Junction business in Singapore and Malaysia to BreadTalk Group Limited.
Food Junction operates a network of 12 food courts in Singapore and three in Malaysia, with an additional food court scheduled to open in 2020 at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey.
