Issue of S$500 million notes by Singapore Press Holdings Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the issue of S$500 million 3.20 per cent. notes (the “Issue”) under the S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme by Singapore Press Holdings Limited.
DBS, OCBC and UOB were appointed joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Issue.
