Issue of S$200 million notes by SATS Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. ("DBS") and United Overseas Bank Limited ("UOB") on the issue of S$200 million in principal amount of 2.88% notes due 2025 under the S$500 million multicurrency medium term note programme by SATS Ltd..
DBS and UOB were appointed joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
