Establishment of S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme by Sembcorp Industries Ltd and Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd. (“Sembcorp Financial Services”) and Sembcorp Industries Ltd (“Sembcorp Industries”), as transaction counsel, on the establishment of a S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme (“Programme”).
Sembcorp Industries is appointed guarantor of the Programme.
