Issue of US$750 million notes by ST Engineering RHQ Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (“ST Engg”) and ST Engineering RHQ Ltd. (“STEnggRHQ”), as transaction counsel, on the issue of US$750 million 1.50% notes due 2025 under the multicurrency medium term note programme (“Programme”) by STEnggRHQ and ST Engineering Treasury Pte. Ltd..
ST Engg is the guarantor for the Programme.
