Issue of US$750 million notes by Singtel Group Treasury Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Singtel Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“Singtel Group Treasury”), as transaction counsel, on the issue of US$750 million 1.875% notes due 2030 (the “Notes”), under its S$10 billion guaranteed Euro medium term note programme.
The Notes are guaranteed by Singapore Telecommunications Limited (“Singtel”).
Advising Singtel Group Treasury and Singtel were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Bernie Lee, Tan Wee Meng and Yeo Boon Kiat.
