Issue of S$375 million subordinated perpetual securities by Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd (“STT”), DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited (“Credit Suisse”) and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”), on the issue of S$375 million 4.10% subordinated perpetual securities (“Issue”) under the S$2 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme by STT.
DBS and UOB were appointed joint global coordinators for the Issue.
DBS, UOB, Credit Suisse and HSBC were appointed joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Issue.
