Issue of S$400 million notes by STT GDC Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised STT GDC Pte. Ltd. (“STT GDC”) on the issue of S$400 million 3.13 per cent. notes due 2028 under its S$1.5 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme.
