S$730 million sale of Canadian International School
Allen & Gledhill advised Rainbow Readers Pte. Ltd. (“RRPL”), as transaction counsel, on the S$730 million sale of its equity interest in Canadian International School to China Maple Leaf Educational Systems Limited, an operator of K-12 schools listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. RRPL is the joint venture entity between Southern Capital and HPEF Partners. Canadian International School is one of the largest international schools in Singapore.
Advising RRPL were Allen & Gledhill Partners Steven Seow and Ko Xiaozheng.
