Issue of US$1 billion notes by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited

Allen & Gledhill advised Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) on the issue of US$1 billion 1.832% notes due 2030 under its US$30 billion global medium term note program.
