Issue of S$800 million fixed rate notes by Housing and Development Board

Allen & Gledhill advised Housing and Development Board (“HDB”) on the issue of S$800 million in principal amount of fixed rate notes due 2025 as Series 092 under its S$32 billion multicurrency medium term note programme.

Advising HDB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Margaret Chin and Fabian Tan.
