Issue of A$300 million notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of A$300 million floating rate subordinated notes due 2031 (“Notes”) under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
DBS Bank Ltd. was appointed sole global coordinator and joint lead manager for the Notes.
Advising DBSH as to Singapore law was Allen & Gledhill Partner Glenn Foo.
