Issue of S$200 million notes by Mapletree Treasury Services Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Mapletree Treasury Services Limited ("Mapletree Treasury") and Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd ("Mapletree Investments") on the issue of S$200 million 1.20 per cent. notes due 2023 ("Notes") under the US$5 billion Euro medium term note programme by Mapletree Treasury.
Mapletree Investments was appointed guarantor for the Notes.
