S$270 million private placement by Keppel REIT
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Citigroup Global Markets”), and BNP Paribas, acting through its Singapore branch (“BNP Singapore”), on a private placement (“Placement”) of new units in Keppel REIT to raise gross proceeds of approximately S$270 million.
DBS, Citigroup Global Markets and BNP Singapore were appointed joint lead managers and underwriters for the Placement.
Advising DBS, Citigroup Global Markets and BNP Singapore were Allen & Gledhill Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partner Teh Hoe Yue.
