JPY34.5 billion term loan facility to ARA Real Estate Investors 30 Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised ARA Real Estate Investors 30 Limited (“Borrower”), as transaction counsel, on the JPY34.5 billion loan facility agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch.
