Issue of S$300 million perpetual securities by DBS Trustee Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Mapletree Industrial Trust)
Allen & Gledhill advised Mapletree Industrial Trust (“MIT”), Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., as manager (“Manager”) of MIT, and DBS Trustee Limited (in its capacity as trustee of MIT) (“DBS Trustee”) on the issue of S$300 million 3.15% fixed rate perpetual securities under the S$2 billion Euro medium term securities programme by DBS Trustee.
