Issue of S$250 million perpetual securities by DBS Trustee Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Mapletree Industrial Trust)
Allen & Gledhill advised Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust Management Ltd. (“Manager”), as manager of Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust (“MNACT”), on the issue of S$250 million perpetual securities by DBS Trustee Limited (“DBS Trustee”) (in its capacity as trustee of MNACT) under the US$1.5 billion Euro medium term securities programme by MNACT.
