US$245.5 million acquisition of Sorrento Towers and One Town Center located in the United States of America and US$80 million private placement by Prime US REIT
Allen & Gledhill advised KBS US Prime Property Management Pte. Ltd, in its capacity as the manager of Prime US REIT (“Manager”), as transaction counsel, on the US$245.5 million acquisition of two properties, Sorrento Towers and One Town Center located in the United States of America, and its private placement which raised gross proceeds of approximately US$80 million.
Advising the Manager were Allen & Gledhill Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partner Teh Hoe Yue.
