Issue of US$800 million notes by DBS Group Holding Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of US$800 million 1.194% notes due 2027 (“Notes”) under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
DBS Bank Ltd. was appointed sole global coordinator for the Notes.
Advising DBSH as to Singapore law was Allen & Gledhill Partner Glenn Foo.
