Issue of S$300 million notes due 2026 by GLL IHT Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch (“CIMB”), DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”), Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (“SCB”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), as dealers, on the issue of S$300 million 3.29% notes due 2026 by GLL IHT Pte. Ltd. under its S$3 billion multicurrency medium term note programme.
