US$4 million investment in Shikho led by Wavemaker Pacific 4 L.P.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Wavemaker Pacific 4 L.P. (“Wavemaker”), a venture capital firm, who led the US$4 million investment in Shikho.
Shikho is an India-based education technology startup with a focus on making supplementary education more accessible and affordable.
