US$3 million Series A investment in Finbots AI Solutions Pte. Limited by Accel Management Co. Inc.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Accel Management Co. Inc. (“Accel”), a venture capital firm, on its US$3 million investment in the series A round of Finbots AI Solutions Pte. Limited (“Finbot”).
Finbot is the Singapore-based holding company for Finbots.AI, a fintech start-up which provides innovative AI solutions for financial institutions, such as ZScore, an AI-powered credit scorecard system.
This is Accel’s first South-east Asian investment made from its Fund VII.
