US$6.4 million pre-Series A investment in Nano Technologies Pte. Ltd. led by Openspace Ventures Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Openspace Ventures Pte. Ltd. (“Openspace Ventures”), a venture capital firm, which led the US$6.4 million pre-Series A funding round in Nano Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Nano”).
Nano is a Vietnam-based earned-wage access start-up which operates the flexible payroll application, VUI, empowering low-income workers to access their earned salary.
