Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch (“ICBC”) on the US$250 million revolving loan facility to Olam Treasury Pte. Ltd.
DBS also acted as the agent for the transaction.
