Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Beyond Next Ventures (“BNV”), a venture capital firm, which led the US$1.64 million pre-series A round investment in Umami United Pte. Ltd. (“Umami United”).
Umami United is a foodtech start-up which develops Japanese-inspired plant-based food products, such as the UMAMI EGG, a plant-based egg substitute.
Advising BNV was Allen & Gledhill Partner Nicholas Soh.
