Issue of US$500 million notes by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk
Allen & Gledhill advised PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (“Medco”), through its indirectly wholly-owned Singapore-incorporated subsidiary Medco Maple Tree Pte. Ltd., on the issue of US$500 million 8.96% senior notes due 2029 (“Notes”).
