Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Wavemaker Pacific 5, L.P. (“Wavemaker”), a venture capital firm, which led a series seed round investment in Staple AI Pte. Ltd (“Staple AI”).
Staple AI is a Singapore-based artificial intelligence start-up which is developing software to automate data processing, reconciliation and analysis using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
