Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Wavemaker Pacific 5, L.P. (“Wavemaker”), a venture capital firm, which led the Series A round of investment in Aliena Pte. Ltd. (“Aliena”).
Aliena is a Singapore-based space-tech start-up which is developing ultra-low power electric propulsion systems for small satellite platforms.
