Issue of US$500 million subordinated notes due 2034 by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) on the issue of US$500 million subordinated notes due 2034 (“Notes”) under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
The Notes are intended to qualify as Tier 2 capital of OCBC.
