Divestment of PT Oiltanking Karimun by Oiltanking Group
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Oiltanking Group (“Oiltanking”) on its divestment (“Divestment”) of PT Oiltanking Karimun to Novus Middle East DMCC.
In connection with the Divestment, Oiltanking Finance BV, a wholly owned finance company of Oiltanking, transferred all rights in a loan it extended to PT Oiltanking Karimun to Novus Middle East DMCC.
