Sale of shares in The Chope Group Pte. Ltd. to Grab Holdings
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Openspace Ventures and Square Peg Capital on the sale of their shares in The Chope Group Pte. Ltd. (“Chope”) to Grab Holdings (“Grab”), as part of Grab’s acquisition of Chope.
Chope is Asia’s leading dining platform that provides integrated restaurant services including reservation, call, queue and table management, connecting diners with its extensive ecosystem of restaurant partners.
