Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Journey Capital Partners (“Journey Capital”), a venture capital firm, which led the Series A2 investment in Asa Technology Pte. Ltd.
Asa Technology Pte. Ltd. is the Singapore-based holding company of Manuva, an Indonesia-based supply chain start-up which is developing a platform that connects small and medium-sized enterprise manufacturers which produce ready-made, custom-made packaging and semi-branded goods, with retailers and enterprise customers.
