Issue of US$2 billion notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issuance of US$500 million 4.403% notes due 2025, US$1 billion floating rate notes due 2028, and US$500 million floating rate notes due 2030, under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
