Issue of US$400 million senior notes by PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk
Allen & Gledhill advised PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (“Medco”), through its indirectly wholly-owned Singapore-incorporated subsidiary Medco Cypress Tree Pte. Ltd., on the issue of US$400 million 8.625% senior notes due 2030 (“Notes”).
The Notes are guaranteed by Medco and certain subsidiaries.
