Subscription of Pre-Seed Shares in Sirsak Pte Ltd
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised venture capital firm, Openspace Ventures Pte. Ltd., through its affiliate Osmosis Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“OSV”), on a pre-series seed round investment in Sirsak, a green-tech startup with operations in Indonesia, dealing in sustainable waste recovery and management.
