Allen & Gledhill recognised for its involvement in multiple deal awards at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025
Allen & Gledhill has been recognised for its involvement in nine winning deals and six highly commended deals at the FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2025, which took place on 4 March 2026 in Hong Kong.
The winning deals are:
- Best Bond Deal – Singapore: Bayfront Infrastructure Capital VI
- Best Bond Deal – Taiwan: Fubon Life $650 million 10.25-year subordinated dated capital bonds
- Best Islamic Finance Deal – Singapore: $800 million sustainability-linked revolving credit and term facilities to AAA Oils & Fats and Apical Middle East FZCO and $72.5 million Murabaha facility to Apical Middle East FZCO
- Best M&A Deal – Singapore: Aster's Acquisition of Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Singapore
- Best Project Finance Deal – Singapore: Bayfront Infrastructure Capital VI
- Best Property Deal – Singapore: Equinix's S$500 million 3.50% Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Green Notes due 2030
- Best Structured Finance Deal – Singapore: Bayfront Infrastructure Capital VI
- Best Syndicated Loan Deal – Singapore: Marina Bay Sands' $12 billion syndicated credit facilities
- Best Venture Capital Deal – Singapore: Amova Asset Management’s investment in and strategic partnership with Chocolate Finance

- Best Bond Deal – Taiwan: Nan Shan Life’s $395 million subordinated dated capital bonds
- Best Infrastructure Deal – Singapore: Bayfront Infrastructure Capital VI
- Best IPO – Singapore: Centurion Accommodation REIT’s S$771.1 million IPO
- Best M&A Deal – Singapore: Keppel Infrastructure Fund's acquisition of 100% stake in Global Marine Group, and subsequent sale of 46.7% stake to Keppel Infrastructure Trust
- Best Property Deal – Singapore: Keppel JV's investment and acquisition of two artificial-intelligence (AI) ready hyperscale data centres worth up to S$1.38 billion
- Best Venture Capital Deal – Singapore: Sanabil Investments' $110 million investment in SILQ Group
