Allen & Gledhill advised 100x100 Pte. Ltd. (“100x100”), Asia Pacific's largest climate company builder and fund management platform, on Rize Pte. Ltd.’s (“Rize”) Series B fundraising round, which was led by BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts and included The Rockefeller Foundation, Temasek, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures.
Formed through a joint venture between 100x100, Temasek, and Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Rize is a Singapore-based agricultural technology company dedicated to decarbonising rice cultivation in Asia and making sustainable rice cultivation viable through innovative and data-driven practices.
