Allen & Gledhill advised HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of Mapletree Logistics Trust (“MLT”)), through its wholly-owned subsidiary MapletreeLog Treasury Company Pte. Ltd., on the issue of CNH500 million 2.10% notes due 2029 under its S$3 billion euro medium term securities programme.
