Issue of US$1.5 billion notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of US$500 million 5.284% notes due 2029, US$500 million floating rate notes due 2029 and US$500 million 5.491% notes due 2031, under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
