Allen & Gledhill advised Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited (“JC&C”) on its approximately US$1.15 billion acquisition of a 10 per cent. interest in Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company.
Advising JC&C were Allen & Gledhill Partners Lim Mei and Hilary Low.
