Issue of US$1.3 billion notes by ABJA Investment Co. Pte. Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised ABJA Investment Co. Pte. Ltd. (“ABJA Investment”), a wholly-owned Singapore-incorporated subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited (“Tata Steel”), on the issue of US$300 million 4.45 per cent. notes due 2023 and issue of US$1 billion 5.45 per cent. notes due 2028.
