Issue of US$750 million senior notes by Puma International Financing S.A.
Allen & Gledhill advised Puma Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Puma Energy Holdings”) on the issue of US$750 million 5 per cent. senior notes due 2026 (the “Issue”) by Puma International Financing S.A..
Puma Energy Holdings was appointed Singapore guarantor for the Issue.
